There is really no such thing as copies of African paintings. Copying is a problem for the overvalued European art or Antiquates, which sells for thousands and often millions of dollars. In contrast, African art is unjustly and grossly undervalued. Even wonderfully crafted pieces, that take days or months to make, sell for several hundred dollars. This is because the time and skill of African artist is so poorly valued and rewarded. We package paintings in either paperboard tubes or or blue PVC pipes of sufficient rigidity.

The paintings are packaged properly and securely within these tubes. There have been no reports from our customers on any damages during transit.

All orders are processed within 24 business hours. 

Upon confirmation of the order, the exact specifications of your order is matched with the current availability of the painting in our stock. If it is already available, the product is carefully packaged in a cylindrical tube and immediately shipped to your location with our courier.

Otherwise, the individual painting is commissioned with the individual painter immediately, which would take around 30 days to complete. 

Depending on the size ordered, the painting is either rolled into a sheet of plastic or carefully packaged into a cardboard cylindrical tube and then shipped to your location.

Everything on our website is manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves. We would prefer you have something brand new rather than something that has been sitting on our studios.

Although we try to assist our clients that may have ad hoc requests, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 10%-20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.
